I am a Lecturer/Assistant Professor in Economics at the University of St Andrews Business School. In Spring 2025, I visited Bank for International Settlements (BIS) as a Central Bank Research Fellow. Previously, I was a Senior Research Economist at the Center for Excellence in Finance and Economic Research (CEFER) at the Bank of Lithuania and a Research Affiliate at the School of Economics and Business at Kaunas University of Technology (KTU).

In 2020, I graduated with a PhD in Economics from the University of Washington. My research focuses on international macroeconomics and trade, with a particular emphasis on the policy implications of globalization and deglobalization.

[Call for Papers: St Andrews Workshop in Macroeconomics] We are excited to announce the second edition of the St Andrews Workshop in Macroeconomics, taking place on 21–22 May 2026. We are currently accepting submissions. More details are available here!
